About the Position

Sihotech Engineering Company Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building ICT Systems to lead the planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ICT systems for commercial and high-rise building projects.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, manage ICT project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure systems are delivered according to project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

ICT Project Management

• Lead planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover of building ICT systems.
• Manage installation and integration of:
  • Structured cabling systems
  • Enterprise networks
  • CCTV systems
  • Access control systems
  • Voice over IP (VoIP) systems
  • Data centres
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Other related ICT infrastructure
• Coordinate ICT works with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Supervise ICT installations and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership to achieve quality, efficiency, and timely project completion.
• Manage:
  • Project schedules
  • Budgets
  • Risks
  • Documentation
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Final system handover

Qualifications

Candidates must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
  • Computer Engineering
  • Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering
  • Related field from a recognized university
• Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
• Valid ERB Practising Licence.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in:
  • ICT system design
  • Installation
  • Integration
  • Testing
  • Commissioning
