JOB TITLE: DIRECT SALES AGENTS (50 POSITIONS)

WORK LOCATIONS:
Dar es Salaam – Kariakoo, Manzese & Temeke
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote and sell the company’s products and services.

Identify, recruit and onboard new customers.

Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
-
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
-
Prepare and submit daily sales performance reports.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of Form IV Certificate of Secondary Education Examination.

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field is an advantage.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Prior sales experience is preferred as an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Must be honest, hardworking, and customer-focused.

High integrity, honesty, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.
