- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management.
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and handle busy shifts with grace.
- Good communication skills should be able to communicate fluently both English and Swahili.
- A positive attitude and good vibes that make guests feel special.
