Job Overview

The Residence Zanzibar is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to support the resort’s maintenance operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment while ensuring efficient operation of the resort’s water systems and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

Key Responsibilities

The Plumber will be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Operating and monitoring the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to ensure efficient performance.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
• Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintaining operational records and reporting system performance.
• Identifying faults and carrying out basic troubleshooting.
• Supporting corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace safety procedures and environmental requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
