REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have:

• Strong communication and observation skills.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role within a hotel.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy 5-star hotel environment.
• Experience in security operations and CCTV monitoring.
• Knowledge of access control, fire safety, and incident reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CCTV and security systems will be an added advantage.
• Good reporting skills and a high level of integrity.
• Local residence in Zanzibar.
