ABOUT TAIFA GAS TANZANIA LIMITED

Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited is a Tanzanian company operating in the oil and gas sector, with a particular focus on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

The company was originally incorporated as Mihan Gas Company Limited on 19 May 2005 and later underwent ownership and corporate restructuring before adopting the Taifa Gas name.

Taifa Gas operates across the LPG value chain, including importation, storage, cylinder filling, transportation, distribution, and trading. Its LPG products serve households, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools, businesses, and other institutions.

The company has developed LPG infrastructure and a distribution network across Tanzania and also participates in regional markets. Its business is focused on expanding access to reliable and affordable clean energy.

POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Taifa Gas is seeking dedicated, hardworking, and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join its team in Musoma and Arusha.

The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting the company’s LPG products, developing customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and achieving assigned sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Business-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales-related role.
• Age between 25 and 28 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• A detail-oriented, self-driven, resourceful, and well-organized approach.
• Strong customer-care and problem-solving skills.
• High level of dedication, hard work, and integrity.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player while demonstrating strong initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• A valid driving licence and ability to drive a manual-transmission sales truck.
• Relevant driving licence class C or E.
