Masika Ventures is looking for a motivated and results-driven Honey Sales Officer to join the Third Man Limited (Upendo Honey) team.

Job Summary
The Honey Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of Upendo Honey products in Dar es Salaam and surrounding regions.
The role focuses on developing sales channels including:
- Community Traders Program.
- Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA).
- Supermarkets.
- Regional markets.
- Cross-border markets.
This is a field-based role requiring strong customer relationship management, market development skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage community traders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify and understand customer needs.
- Develop and grow accounts across:
- Hotels.
- Restaurants.
- Cafés.
- Supermarkets.
- Regional markets.
- Cross-border markets.
- Coordinate sales strategies and market coverage with the Operations Officer.
- Manage:
- Daily cash collections.
- Credit control.
- Repayment tracking.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and distribution logistics.
- Support establishment of a strategic depot location in Kigoma.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust:
- Recruitment strategies.
- Pricing approaches.
- Sales channels.
- Represent Third Man Limited professionally when engaging with:
- Traders.
- Distributors.
- Institutional buyers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct sales presentations and close deals.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Fluency in spoken and written:
- English.
- Swahili.
