Job Summary

The Residence Zanzibar is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant IT Manager to support the management of IT operations across the resort. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, managing systems and networks, ensuring technology security, and providing technical support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and maintenance of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Assist in managing IT infrastructure and system administration activities.
• Ensure reliable operation of resort technology systems and services.
• Support IT security measures and ensure protection of company systems and data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to users and departments.
• Assist in supervising IT activities and supporting the IT team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT operations and services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • IT management
  • System administration
  • Related IT roles
• Proven experience managing:
  • IT systems
  • Networks
  • Hardware
  • Software
• Knowledge of:
  • IT infrastructure
  • Cybersecurity practices
  • System administration
• Strong:
