Job Summary

The Lead Generator will provide specialist support for day-to-day activities and execute predefined objectives in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The role focuses heavily on customer acquisition, product promotion, documentation, application processing, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Product Promotion

• Introduce Absa Bank products and their features to potential customers.
• Explain product requirements and assist customers through the application process.
• Ensure customers provide all documentation required for their selected products.

Documentation & Application Processing

• Verify and certify customer documentation.
• Ensure all necessary application documents are properly completed.
• Forward customer applications to the Sales Manager for review before submission.
• Safeguard customer documents under your responsibility.
• Protect confidential customer information.

Customer Communication

• Keep customers informed about the status of their applications.
• Make customers aware of the appropriate channels for providing feedback or submitting complaints.

Market Intelligence

• Collect market and competitor information from the field.
• Share relevant market information with Lead Generator leadership to help improve Absa’s products and services.

Education Requirement

Applicants are required to have:

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies.
