Job Summary

Platinum Credit Ltd is looking for CS Field Sales Team Leaders to lead and support field sales teams, drive achievement of sales targets, monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and managing sales teams while ensuring that sales and portfolio-performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and coach the Sales Team.
• Lead and manage sales team performance.
• Ensure achievement of agreed sales targets.
• Monitor the sales portfolio and ensure it performs within company standards.
• Submit required reports accurately and on time.
• Coach team members to improve sales performance.
• Provide leadership and operational support to field sales staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Diploma in Business Administration or another business-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
