HEAD OF NON-MOTOR CLAIMS

Ultimate Surveyors and Loss Assessors Ltd invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the position of Head of Non-Motor Claims.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance claims, preferably in Non-Motor Claims.
• Experience in:
  • Fire
  • Burglary
  • Machinery Breakdown
  • Fidelity Guarantee
  • Business Interruption
  • Other commercial claims
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims assessment, and loss investigation.
• Excellent report writing, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to meet strict turnaround times (TATs).
• CII, ACII, Dip CII, or equivalent is an added advantage.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Non-Motor Claims team.
• Review and manage complex claims from notification to settlement.
• Conduct and oversee loss investigations and claims assessments.
• Review claims reports, valuations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policy terms, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with insurers, clients, brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor claims turnaround times and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the claims team.
