REQUIREMENTS

Education

Certificate or Diploma in Reception, Hotel Management, Customer Service, or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience working as a Receptionist in a hotel or hospital.

Personal Qualifications

Fluent in English and Swahili.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
