Job Overview

TOL Gases PLC is seeking 5 Plant Operators to safely and efficiently operate its production plants. The role involves monitoring plant parameters, conducting quality checks, performing first-line troubleshooting and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, hygiene, and OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the plant according to established working instructions.
• Optimize plant performance and minimize operational costs.
• Conduct hourly purity and quality control checks.
• Record operating parameters and quality results accurately.
• Report operational deviations and issues promptly to supervisors.
• Comply with ISO 22000, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and company hygiene requirements.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate operational activities with other departments.
• Perform scheduled plant maintenance as directed.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or Chemical and Processing Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Membership with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) is an added advantage.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
