Job Overview
P17 Security Company Limited is seeking 2 results-driven Sales Consultants to identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, present security solutions, and expand the company’s customer base across commercial, residential, and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for security guards, electronic security systems, and physical security services.
- Conduct client consultations and site assessments.
- Develop and present tailored security solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contract agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and support client retention.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or solution selling.
- Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
Key Skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and closing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
