Job Overview

I&M Bank is seeking Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to support the growth of its Government Lending business.

The successful candidates will identify eligible public-sector employees, generate loan leads, assist customers through the loan application process, and help expand I&M Bank’s government customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire eligible government employees.
• Market I&M Bank Government Lending products.
• Assist customers with loan applications through Utumishi EES (E-Mkopo).
• Support account opening and salary transfers to I&M Bank.
• Conduct field sales visits and activations at government institutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Follow up on loan applications and customer leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit activity reports.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Strong sales and customer acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A target-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and conduct field sales activities.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• High integrity and commitment to compliance.
• Understanding of Government Lending products and processes.
