Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, or in a similar hotel-management role.
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage hotel operations effectively during the night shift.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office and hotel operations.
• Excellent guest-service, problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
• Ability to professionally handle emergencies, incidents and security matters.
• Good knowledge of night audit procedures, reports and cash handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems.
• High integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities

The role is focused on overseeing hotel operations during the night, including:

• Managing night-shift hotel operations.
• Supervising Front Office and relevant night staff.
• Ensuring excellent guest service.
• Handling guest complaints and operational problems.
• Managing emergencies, incidents and security matters.
• Overseeing night audit procedures and reports.
• Ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation.
• Making timely operational decisions when senior management is unavailable.
