LESSO AFRICA COMPANY is a leading provider of industrial and building materials. We are currently seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and qualified professionals to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar.

1. SALES OFFICER (1 POSITION)

• Location: Zanzibar Branch

• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.

• Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas and targets.

• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to prospective partners.

• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and drive growth.

Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

2. IT OFFICER (1 POSITION)

• Location: Dar es Salaam (Headquarters)

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and network systems.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

• Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity at the Headquarters.
