Qualification:

Holder of CPSP (T) with Masters degree in procurement and supplies management OR Holder of CPA (T) with Masters degree in Finance Management
Applicant must be employee of any reputable organization in Dodoma, Mwanza and Unguja-Zanzibar.
Applicant must choose at least two modules under PSPTB Syllabus to be facilitated by him or her.
Applicant chosen modules must relate to his or her employment routine activities.
Applicant must be resident of Dodoma, Mwanza and Unguja-Zanzibar

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and other resources as needed.
Assist in maintaining the company’s office and reception records.

Qualifications:

Certificate in Business Operation Assistant (BOA), Front Office, Customer Care, Business Administration , NABE, Secretarial course or Phone operator.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional customer-service oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market KPS services to prospective graduates at his/her university/college/Institute.

Qualifications:

Second year student pursuing procurement and supplies or related course in any University or College or Institute in Tanzania.
Membership of procurement and supplies association will be added advantage.
