Felcity Agro Trading and Services Ltd is a modern, independent agricultural products and services provider established in 2018 in Arusha, Tanzania. We specialize in supplying quality agro-inputs, agricultural tools, technologies, and machinery, along with expert agronomic support tailored to the unique needs of Tanzanian farmers and agri-businesses.

We aim to bridge the gap between farmers and modern agriculture by offering accessible, affordable, and practical solutions that enhance productivity and sustainability.

The following vacancies are available;

1. Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the office and field teams.
• Coordinate logistics, procurement, and documentation.
• Support HR functions and maintain effective communication between departments.
• Provide administrative support to agricultural projects and field operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in HRM, Public Administration, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Rural development or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Accounting background is an added advantage

2. Sales Officer 

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell agricultural products and services.
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients and distributors.
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
• Achieve sales targets and support marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Advanced diploma / Diploma in Agribusiness, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in agricultural sales or marketing.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills is of high importance
• Knowledge of local agricultural markets is an added advantage.

3. Accountant Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle payroll, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Support financial audits and provide timely financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Advanced diploma/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting softwares (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.)
• CPA/CPAT qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
