1. Hot Chef

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook hot meals according to approved menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Hot Chef.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

2. Pastry Chef

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, and bread.
• Design and decorate desserts with high attention to detail and presentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Monitor inventory and request baking supplies when needed.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef.
