JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

We are seeking qualified, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

  1. BARMAN / BARTENDER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Manage bar inventory and restock supplies
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist
  • Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
  • Understanding of bar sanitation and safety regulations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash, POS systems, and inventory
  • Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
  • Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (optional but preferred)
  • Good personal presentation and hospitality etiquette

 

  1. RECEPTIONIST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservations
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and friendly attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage front-desk operations
  • Proficiency with office software and equipment (MS Office, email, phone systems, printers)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle bookings, check-ins, and scheduling

  • Basic administrative skills (filing, record keeping, data entry)
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult guests politely

 

  1. BUTLER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to VIP guests
  • Arrange guest schedules, meals, and special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and suites
  • Serve food and beverages with proper etiquette
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and front office
  • Ensure privacy and comfort for assigned guests

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or luxury service roles
  • Knowledge of household management and etiquette
  • Ability to serve meals, drinks, and attend to guests professionally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to coordinate with domestic staff
  • Understanding of table setting, wine service, and guest relations
  • Experience in high-end or private household environments (preferred)

 

 

  1. PASTRY CHEF

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pastries, desserts, bread, and bakery items

  • Ensure high-quality presentation and taste
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • Monitor inventory and order ingredients as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications

  • Culinary diploma or pastry/baking certification
  • Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker
  • Knowledge of dessert preparation, baking techniques, and food safety
  • Ability to create pastry recipes and decorative techniques
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Good time-management and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

  1. HOT CHEF (HOT KITCHEN CHEF)

  1. GRADER / GLADER OPERATOR (MACHINE OPERATOR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate grader or heavy machinery safely and efficiently
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
  • Follow site instructions and safety guidelines
  • Level and prepare surfaces according to project requirements
  • Report mechanical issues to supervisors promptly
  • Keep accurate records of work performed

Qualifications

  • Experience operating heavy machinery (grader, loader, or similar equipment)
  • Valid operator’s license or certification for heavy equipment
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and machinery maintenance
  • Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical skills
  • Ability to read site plans and follow directions
  • Understanding of construction or roadwork operations
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors for long periods
  • Commitment to workplace safety

 

  1. TOUR GUIDE / GUIDE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead groups on tours while providing accurate information
  • Ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests
  • Answer questions and offer relevant recommendations
  • Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, sites, and culture
  • Coordinate logistics such as timing, routes, and transport
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience as a tour guide or strong public-speaking skills
  • Knowledge of local history, culture, attractions, and geography
  • Ability to lead groups and provide clear explanations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual abilities (preferred)
  • First aid training (optional but useful)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving abilities
