Available Positions
1. Accountant (Female Only)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll, financial statements, and reports
- Handle statutory registrations and returns (TRA, NSSF, WCF)
- Maintain accurate financial records (debtors & creditors)
- Conduct financial analysis and support decision-making
- Prepare budgets and management reports
- Perform tax computations and ensure compliance
- Support audits and maintain finance documentation
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
2. Supermarket In-Charge (Female Only)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in retail/supermarket management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily supermarket operations
- Supervise and motivate staff
- Ensure stock availability and control
- Monitor sales performance and meet targets
- Enforce store policies and procedures
- Handle customer issues and ensure satisfaction
3. Cashier (Female Only)
đź“Ť Work Station: Dar es Salaam
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in a business-related field
- Minimum 3 years’ cashier experience
- POS system knowledge is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately
- Issue receipts and maintain proper billing
- Perform daily cash reconciliation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and submit daily cash reports
4. Supermarket Shelves Attendant (Female Only)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in stock management
- Strong attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to maintain clean and organized shelves
5. Barista (Female Only)
Qualifications & Experience
- High school education
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a barista
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace
- Assist with stock management
6. Plumber
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Skilled in installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
7. Electrician
Requirements

- Knowledge of wiring, installations, and safety standards
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults
8. Painter
Requirements
