1. Security Guard III – 13 Posts
Duties: Guard Bank property, manage keys, apprehend violators, escort staff/cargo, patrol premises, provide bodyguard services, control vehicles, handle emergencies.
Qualifications: CSEE pass in English & Kiswahili, National Service Certificate (JKT/JKU), min. “B” grade (2023 onward).
Salary Scale: BTSS 1
2. Legal Officer III – 2 Posts
Duties: Provide legal advice, investigate workplace offences, manage contracts, represent the Bank, follow-up on legislation and cases.
Qualifications: LLB, Upper Second Class, registered advocate of High Court.
Salary Scale: BTSS 7
3. Programmes Coordinator/Instructor III – 1 Post
Duties: Teach up to NTA Level 6, administer exams, supervise field training, curricula development, research support, counseling students.
Qualifications: Bachelor in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, GPA ≥ 3.8/5.
Salary Scale: BTSS 7
4. Porter III – 2 Posts
Duties: Handle currency consignments, stack cargo, assist in note processing, label bundles.
Qualifications: CSEE pass in English & Kiswahili, National Service Certificate, min. “B” grade (2023 onward).

5. Computer Analyst/Programmer III – 5 Posts
Duties: Systems analysis, program coding & testing, software implementation, audits, troubleshooting, multimedia management, user support.
Qualifications: BSc Computer Science / ICT, Upper Second Class.

6. Internal Auditor (Systems Auditor) III – 4 Posts
Duties: Conduct audits, control reviews for computer systems, report preparation, assist in planning & policies.
Qualifications: BSc Computer Science / ICT, Upper Second Class; professional certifications (ACA, CIA, CISA, CIMA) are advantageous.

Duties: Advise on security, train staff, control movements, plan work schedules, emergency coordination, disciplinary support.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Law Enforcement, Upper Second Class.

Duties: ICT troubleshooting, network maintenance, preventive maintenance, user support, inventory management, hardware procurement.
Qualifications: Ordinary Diploma in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science/ICT, Upper Second Class.

Duties: Monitor artisans, prepare specifications, maintain equipment, evaluate systems.
Qualifications: BSc Mechanical Engineering, Upper Second Class, registered Graduate Engineer (ERB).

Duties: Monitor works, prepare specifications, maintain records, technical advice, project support.
