Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin Manager to oversee and coordinate a wide range of administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in insurance management, property administration, staff housing, immigration processes, and general office operations.

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the effective management of company assets and employee welfare.


Key Responsibilities

  • Insurance Management: Oversee corporate insurance policies, negotiate coverage, and manage claims.

  • Property Administration: Manage company-owned and leased properties, ensuring maintenance and compliance.

  • Staff Housing: Coordinate employee accommodation, negotiate leases, and manage relocation logistics.

  • Immigration Support: Handle visa applications, work permits, and liaise with government authorities.

  • Office Operations: Supervise administrative staff, manage supplies, and ensure efficient office systems.

  • Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to optimize costs.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and corporate governance standards.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in administration, with specialization in insurance, property management, or immigration.

  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of Insurance, especially claim management.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Efficiency: Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities under pressure.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software tools.
