Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Zanzibar. The role will support daily administrative operations, providing coordination, operational follow-ups, and office support to management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and has strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to management.
- Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and schedules.
- Monitor operational checklists and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support general office administration and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Citizenship: Tanzanian.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative role.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and basic office software.
