Overview

Tanzania Empowerment Forum Limited (TEF Consult) is recruiting on behalf of a leading client within the Banking and Financial Services sector. We are looking for a proactive professional to support agency banking operations, drive performance, and enhance service delivery.

The Role

The Agency Banking Representative is pivotal in strengthening the link between the bank and its agents. You will work closely with banking agents to grow transaction volumes, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high service quality across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Management: Recruit, onboard, and provide daily operational support to agency banking agents.

• Growth & Productivity: Drive transaction volumes and implement strategies to improve agent productivity.

• Compliance: Ensure all agent activities align with banking regulations and internal corporate policies.

• Performance Monitoring: Track agent performance metrics and prepare detailed progress reports for management.

• Relationship Building: Strengthen customer service delivery and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in agency banking, bank sales, or banking operations.

• Skills: * Excellent communication and relationship management.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.
