Initially, the school offered the National Curriculum (NECTA) but in 2013, the school switched to offering the British Curriculum (Cambridge). Due to the rising need for literacy globally, the school has grown from its populace for both Primary and Secondary sections. Academically, the school has demonstrated a positive trend through improvement in progressive examinations (checkpoint exams) for both primary and lower secondary, as well as other various internal examinations. Far from the academic point of view, the school has been consistently outstanding in all co-curriculum activities such as Football and Swimming.

Job Summary

FK International Schools is seeking a creative and passionate Art & Music Teacher to join their dynamic team at the Secondary Campus in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students from Year 7 to Year 11, helping them explore their talents and express themselves through the arts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Fine Arts, Music, or a related field.
Experience teaching Art and/or Music at the secondary level.
- Cambridge curriculum preferred.
Confident in integrating creativity and technology into lessons.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A team player who is committed to student growth.
