Job Purpose

Take a lead in driving the business growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing risk, and delivering superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve branch profitability.
Lead, coach, and manage staff to ensure high performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Skills: Strong leadership, business development, and risk management skills.
