Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Skills: Strong leadership, business development, and risk management skills.
