Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Brand Experience strategies aligned with KCB Bank brand objectives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct consumer research and insights analysis to uncover both visible and hidden customer insights that inform brand positioning.
  • Establish brand experience metrics and KPIs to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce the Brand Style Guide to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Ensure all marketing activities, including events and market activations, embed the desired brand identity and comply with brand standards.
  • Coordinate employee brand advocacy initiatives to align internal stakeholders with brand values and messaging.
  • Build and manage an effective Management Information System (MIS) to capture insights and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and pitch integrated brand campaign proposals, including live, experiential, and digital media campaigns.
  • Ensure all events and activations adhere to brand standards, policies, and implementation guidelines.
  • Develop partnership budget forecasts based on pre-agreed deliverables while managing budgets and mitigating reputational risks (e.g., security, accidents).
  • Identify, develop, and manage community partnerships, including philanthropic organizations and corporate sponsorships.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor progress against the Brand Experience Strategy.
  • Manage partner engagements (agencies, brand teams, and other stakeholders).
  • Budget management and review.
  • Event schedule planning and coordination.
  • Reporting on events and documenting insights and learnings.

Master’s Degree / MBA Added Advantage (AA)
