PLANET LODGES is hiring for the position of Business Development Manager.

Position Details

• Position Title: Business Development Manager

• Location: Arusha, Tanzania

We’re expanding and looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive occupancy, grow direct bookings, and lead our Reservations and Marketing teams.

Your focus in this role will include:
• Hitting occupancy targets across all lodges and camps
• Increasing direct bookings and reducing OTA dependency
• Leading and coaching the Reservations team
• Guiding digital marketing and content strategy
• Running campaigns that turn demand into real bookings
• Using data and performance insights to shape strategy

 Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in sales, marketing, and/or business development (hospitality/travel).

• Team leadership experience.

• Solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing.

• Proven execution skills and a results-focused mindset.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Compensation

• Salary: Negotiable per month plus performance incentives.
