Business Head – Tanzania at Niajiri Platform LTD , Dar es Salaam , February 2026

The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Kamal Agro’s operations, including strategic planning, business development, and day-to-day management. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the agro produce, especially coffee industry, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership skills.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with coffee farmers, suppliers, and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in association with the finance department.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Should be prepared to be stationed anywhere in Tanzania if needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the coffee industry or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Proven track record of business development and achieving growth targets.
• Strong understanding of the coffee supply chain and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in financial management and strategic planning.
