1. Chief of Finance Officer (CFO)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred).

• Qualifications: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.

• Experience: 8–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level strategic responsibility.

• Key Requirements: Proven experience in multi-site operations and growth-stage organizations; strong track record in financial strategy and capital planning.

2. Systems & Data Consultant

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems design, data strategy, analytics, or enterprise data consulting.

• Key Requirements: Strong experience supporting complex, multi-site or growth-stage organizations; proven ability to translate data into strategic insights for executive and Board audiences; experience designing dashboards and KPIs.

3. Transport Manager

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in transport or fleet management (preferably in a school or educational institution).

• Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of school transport regulations and child safety protocols; experience in route planning, fleet tracking, and cost control.

4. Fundraising and Partnerships Associate

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Development, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience through internships or jobs at a nonprofit organization.

• Key Requirements: Ability to create and manage multi-stream work plans; experience scheduling for a dynamic CEO; ability to create engaging marketing and communication materials.
