Herocean Baizhou Technology Tanzania ltd is seeking for a competent and well organized cashier to join our team

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and report
• Ledger Management: Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws and financial regulations
• Financial Planning: Assist in budgeting processes, external audits, and long-term financial planning.
• Documentation: Maintain systematic and accurate accounting documentation.
• Handling Customer Payments :Ensure the correct amount is charged and received
• Issuing Receipts :Provide customers with receipts or proof of payment after every transaction.
• Giving Correct: Change:Calculate and give the correct balance (change) to customers.
• Maintaining Cash Drawer:Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Preventing Fraud or Errors:Verify large notes or suspicious payments Ensure transactions are done honestly and accurately.
• Handling Refunds and Exchanges:Process returns, refunds, or exchanges according to company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven working experience in a relevant Cashier role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel
• Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

Remuneration:
TZS 350,000 to 400,000/= Per month
