Gwambina Group Limited is a 100% Tanzanian-owned company specializing in catering and facilities management. Founded in 2022, the company has quickly established a robust presence by providing services such as housekeeping, laundry, waste management, and professional catering for various sectors, including mining exploration and corporate environments. They are ISO 22000:2018 certified and strictly follow HACCP guidelines to ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality across all their operations.
The company’s service portfolio extends to operating first-class bars and restaurants that serve both African and international cuisines, as well as providing specialized support for remote campsites. Headquartered at the PSSSF Commercial Complex in Dar es Salaam, the group is led by a team with over a decade of experience in hospitality and commercial catering. Their client base includes major international and local organizations such as Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd, Mbeya Cement, and Songas Ltd.
GWAMBINA GROUP LIMITED (Catering & Facility Support) 2026 TRAINING PROGRAM
Gwambina Group Ltd is pleased to open a new window for our robust training program of three months (3) aimed at enhancing skills and catering knowledge in the company and for the youth. On this program, successful trainees will have the opportunity to be employed upon good performance, subject to the availability of vacancies.
Available Trainee Categories (February Intake)

Waitress: 20 positions

Cost Controlling: 10 positions

Store Keeping: 5 positions

Cooks: 5 positions
Qualifications
Cost Controlling & Storekeeper
-
Holder of a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Procurement, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Applicants must have a credit pass “C” in Basic Mathematics and English language in O-level studies.

Applicants must have an Upper Second class obtained from Diploma or Degree courses.

Good communication skills in English and the Swahili language.

Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work with minimum supervision and within a team.
Store Keepers
-
Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement & Supply, or Logistics.

Applicant must have a credit pass “C” in English and the Swahili language.
Waitress
-
Hold a certificate in Hotel Management from a recognized institution.

Applicant must have completed Form Four Education.
Cooks
-
Certificate in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Hotel & Catering, or Hospitality Management.
