We Are Hiring: CCR Officer.

Qualification Required:

• Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in CCR operations of a cement plant

Responsibilities:

1. Execute plant operations in the shift for VRM & Ball Mill, Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill & Coal Mill circuits from the Central Control Room (CCR) to achieve targeted production and KPIs
2. Ensure the safety of all plant personnel and equipment from an operations perspective and adhere to all safety protocols
3. Coach and train CCR operators to implement operational initiatives for increased production and reduced production costs
4. Coordinate autonomous maintenance with shift attendants to achieve targeted plant availability for raw meal, clinker, and cement production
5. Troubleshoot operational problems and take actions to ensure equipment runs steadily on a continuous basis
6. Ensure implementation of ISO systems and safety standards in the production department
7. Ensure product quality conforms with internal quality specifications
8. Assess self-development needs and take actions to improve identified areas
9. Assist with raw material handling, shutdowns, and breakdown activities on site whenever required
10. Undertake other additional assignments as entrusted by management
