The role involves overseeing transportation services and dry port operations, with a focus on financial planning, risk control, and supporting commercial decision-making to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy: Support the development and execution of financial strategies to drive profitability.

• Budgeting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.

• Performance: Monitor financial performance through analysis and variance reporting.

• Efficiency: Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost control.

• Compliance: Establish and maintain strong financial controls and compliance frameworks.

• Resource Management: Oversee expenditure management, payments, and cost optimization.

• Risk Management: Conduct financial due diligence for projects and support enterprise risk management.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting) or a related field.

• Certification: CPA/ACCA certification is mandatory.

• Experience: * 7+ years of senior finance management experience.

  • Experience in a corporate or logistics industry environment is preferred.

• Technical Skills: * Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

  • Knowledge of international accounting standards.

  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.

• Personal Attributes: * Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
