Job Title: College Principal

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the establishment and growth of the college.
• Lead academic program development and quality assurance.
• Secure accreditation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establish effective institutional systems, policies, and procedures.
• Recruit, lead, and develop academic and administrative teams.
• Oversee financial planning and resource management.
• Represent the college and build strong stakeholder partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in tertiary education.
• Experience establishing a college or major academic unit.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation, regulation, and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
• Experience implementing institutional systems and policies.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and commitment to student success.
