Commercial Director at Royal Bakers , Mwanza – November 2025

Role Purpose:

Lead all commercial activities to grow revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen profitability across all Royal Bakers products and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy for all product lines.
· Drive revenue growth through channel expansion, mappers, distributors, and key accounts.
· Oversee pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
· Lead and motivate the commercial team to achieve targets.
· Strengthen customer relationships and open new markets across the Lake Zone and Tanzania.
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide strategy.
· Collaborate with production and finance to ensure availability, efficiency, and cost control.
· Prepare monthly commercial reports and forecasts.

Key Requirements:

· Experience in sales, FMCG, distribution, or food manufacturing.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to analyze market data and guide strategy.
· Proven record of achieving sales and market expansion targets.
