Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Background

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Professional Experience

3+ years of experience in Financial Services or Banking.
Specific focus on credit analysis, loan underwriting, sales and marketing, or risk management.
A proven track record in managing credit portfolios and making sound lending decisions.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Strong ability to interpret financial statements, perform cash flow analysis, and evaluate creditworthiness.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and institutional products/services.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and organizational ability.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
