JOB OVERVIEW
MilanFiber is looking for a friendly, patient, and professional individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries and ensuring excellent service at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate information about company products and services
- Maintain and update customer records
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
- Follow company policies and customer service standards
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Previous experience of 2 years or more in Customer Service is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well independently or in a team
