Position: Customer Service Supervisor
Positions Available: 01
Gender: No restriction


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage daily operations of the customer service team and improve overall service efficiency and quality.
  2. Oversee the customer order follow-up process to ensure smooth execution from order receipt to delivery.
  3. Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure the order process is completed smoothly.
  4. Handle customer complaints and abnormal orders to improve customer satisfaction and company image.
  5. Supervise customer service data statistics, report preparation, and system data entry.
  6. Provide training, performance evaluation, and work guidance to customer service staff to build an efficient team.
  7. Optimize customer service processes and improve

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. College diploma or above, major not limited.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry.
  3. At least 3 years of team management experience with leadership ability.
  4. Proficient in computer operation and skilled in WPS/Excel and data processing.
  5. Strong cross-department communication and coordination skills.
  6. Proactive at work, strong sense of responsibility, motivated and execution-oriented.
  7. Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
  8. Conditions may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.
