Key Qualities & Skills Needed

Education & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
1–2 years experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proven experience managing brand pages or supporting digital campaigns (portfolio required).

Technical & Experience

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe or similar).
Basic Video editing skills.
Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
Good written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
