Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (320 Positions)

Akiba Commercial Bank PLC is hiring a large team to drive retail banking sales by promoting liabilities products and engaging customers daily.

Dar es Salaam: 200 positions (Head Office: Amani Place, 3rd Floor).
Upcountry: 120 positions across Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, and Moshi.
Tenure: 6-month renewable contract based on performance.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed targets for retail banking liabilities products.
Customer Engagement: Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers.
Account Opening: Guide customers through the account opening process.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
Professionalism: Represent the bank with a “customer-first” philosophy.

Education: Minimum Form Four up to Diploma level.
Age: 18 years and above.
Technical: Must own an Android smartphone (Version 7 or higher) with at least a 5MP camera.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
Experience: Previous customer service or knowledge of retail banking products is an added advantage.
