Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties:
- Driving official vehicles to approved destinations in accordance with traffic laws and regulations
- Undertaking minor mechanical repairs when necessary
- Taking vehicles due for routine maintenance or repair to the appointed service agent
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date motor vehicle logbooks
- Conducting pre-inspection checks of assigned vehicles before travelling and reporting any mechanical defects or damages
- Ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and proper use of the vehicle at all times
- Ensuring all valid documents and permits are obtained prior to the commencement of any journey
- Promptly reporting accidents or incidents involving official vehicles to the relevant authorities
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Form IV Certificate
- A valid Driving License Class C or E
- Basic Driving Course Certificate
- At least one (1) year of driving experience without causing accidents
Contract Duration
- One-year contract
