Position Overview

Power Group Technologies Tz Ltd is seeking a hands-on Factory Manager to oversee the daily workshop operations involved in the assembly of Low Voltage (LV) Distribution Boards (DBs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, compliance with electrical standards, and adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements.

Key Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Low Voltage (LV) Distribution Board assembly.
• Knowledge of ABB and Schneider LV Switchgear is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with electrical standards and regulations for LV DB assembly.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Quality (HSQ) compliance.
