- Job Title (HR Role); – Field Officer Supervisor
- Manager’s Title; – Business Centre Manager
- Location Tanzania Section.
- JOB DESCRIPTION PURPOSE OF POSITION
- Setting/Agreeing targets with Field officers
- Agreeing daily activity plan with Field officer
- Undertake group verification to groups that has completed fully circle of training from FO
- Monitor Field Officer Performance on regular basis.
- Continuously coach and train FOs.
- Monitoring FAST Loan performance.
- Collect and share lessons learned with FAST Project Manager.
- Ensure proper reporting of FAST loan in core banking system and Bank bi
- Oversight of other financial products to saving groups such as insurance and savings for saving groups (Depending on VFT strategic plan).
- Support Branch in build a pipeline of potential savings groups.
- Source and link potential partner with FAST Project Manager.
- Share FAST performance report for the respective branch to Branch Manager and other stakeholders including partners.
- Assist Field officer to manage troublesome groups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

List education, knowledge & skills, licenses preferred and all experiences required to perform this position in a fully competent manner.
Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position: List academic, technical skills or other knowledge required as a minimum qualification for this position.
Bachelor’s degree in Rural development, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and Community development
Ability to work in remote areas
Have a valid motorcycle driving license
Solid understanding on Village Saving and Lending system
He/She must be flexible to work in any location in Tanzania
Must have proven leadership skill
Must be fluent in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques, with 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a financial institution
