As Mogo Tanzania scales, device recovery and asset control will be critical to protecting portfolio health.
You will build and manage a team of field collectors responsible for returned and repossessed devices

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage field recovery agents.
- Oversee repossession processes and asset tracking.
- Ensure compliance and professional customer interaction.
- Coordinate with collections and customer care teams.
- Drive recovery KPIs and reporting discipline
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ experience in collections, field recovery, or asset-based lending.
- Strong leadership and field coordination skills.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Comfort working in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
