💼 Position Overview
🎯 Role Summary
The Field Sales Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the launch of new Jaza service stations across expansion sites.
This role ensures:
- Smooth and timely site launches
- Strong coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- High-quality execution aligned with company standards
- Efficient handover from Expansion to Hypercare teams
📊 Key Accountabilities
- Ensure service station launches follow timelines and SOPs
- Maintain ≥95% First Pass Yield (FPY) for all launches
- Own quality standards for all launch-related processes
- Manage coordination between internal teams and external partners
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🚀 Site Launch Support
- Assist in planning and coordinating site launches
- Track tasks, milestones, and progress
- Identify and escalate potential launch delays
🏗️ Site Readiness
- Verify availability of:
- Equipment
- Inventory
- Documentation
- Support processing of permits and licenses
- Conduct basic site readiness inspections
🤝 Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams:
- Tech
- Star Development
- Hypercare
- Operations
- Coordinate with external stakeholders:
- Landlords
- Community leaders
- Security providers
- Support smooth site handover and launch execution
🧪 Quality Assurance
- Maintain ≤5% rework rate for all site launches
- Identify root causes of rework and recommend improvements
- Participate in audits to ensure compliance with standards
📢 Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular updates to the Site Launch Team Lead
- Present progress reports during Expansion meetings
- Ensure complete handover of:
- Documents
- Contacts
- Assets
- Site information after launch
🎓 Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business
- Project Management
- Related field
💼 Required Experience
- Experience in:
- Project coordination
- Sales or event planning
- Field operations or coordination work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Experience working in remote or rural environments is an advantage
