Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Diploma in Business Administration or any business-related field.
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in the sales and marketing field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications.

Additional Attributes

Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team.
Good customer care skills.
Possession of analytical, good communication, and reporting skills.
Good problem analysis and solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment, training, and coaching of the sales team.
Ensuring team achievement of sales targets.
Maintaining a portfolio performing with company standards.
Timely submission of reports.
