The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. This position plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, integrity, and compliance while supporting the resort’s overall operational and strategic objectives.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a finance role within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with hotel accounting systems (e.g., OPERA, SunSystems)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills with high attention to detail
- Supportive and collaborative approach to financial review and analysis
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial management
